Joseph and Marilyne are our pastry experts. They are in charge of the produce from scratch to finish. It is also not surprising that they are the biggest sweet tooth on site. Let's get baking'!
Claudette Avin, 32
Claudette has been with us for the past 5 years. She is an expert in her field and takes care of all the merchandise planning. Her favorite cookie? Speculoos.
