We first opened our doors on July 3rd, 2001. Even after 17 years, we are still the same bakery as we were the day we opened, but then with a little bit more experience. Le Fournil Vasselot is all about quality, craftmenship, and community. We want to offer our customers an experience through taste, smell and color.
